The Office of the Fairness Commissioner (OFC) works with regulated professions and health colleges to make sure their registration practices are transparent, objective, impartial and fair.

The OFC will use the information provided in the reports to assess the registration practices of each regulatory body on the basis of its obligations under the Fair Access to Regulated Professions Act or the Regulated Health Professions Act.

Reporting Period

Your report must reflect registration practices in effect between January 1 and December 31 2011.

Deadline

The deadline for submission is March 1, 2012.

Publication of Report

Your organization must make this Fair Registration Practices Report publicly available, with the same content that was submitted to the OFC, by March 30, 2012.
